Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. We only offer return to the items which is defective, damage or delivered wrong product

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase, in the same condition as when you received it.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
